A pool of HYB 156-01 and HYB 156-02 is suitable as both capture and detection antibody in sandwich
ELISA (1).
HYB 156-02 reacts with influenza A infected, acetone-fixed Vero cells when diluted 1:1000. Specific
binding can be visualized by immunoflourescence using a polyclonal anti-mouse Ig antibody labeled
with for example flourescein.
