Description
AccuSure™ Mix is a convenient ready-to-go 2x reaction mix designed to maximize experiment reproducibility. AccuSure Mix contains AccuSure™ DNA Polymerase, MgCl2 and ultra-pure dNTPs manufactured by Bioline. The mix is optimized and ready-to-use, the user is simply required to add water, template and primers, and then pre-heat for 10 minutes to 95°C. The heat activation property radically reduces the presence of non-specifics such as primer-dimers and mis-primed products, since the enzyme is inactive at the initial low temperatures.
AccuSure Mix dramatically reduces the time needed to set up reactions, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. Greater reproducibility is ensured, by a reduction in the number of pipetting steps that can lead to pipetting errors. AccuSure Mix is supplied with an additional 50mM MgCl2 solution for optional optimization of reaction conditions.

For optimal resolution of PCR products, we recommend the use of Tris-Acetate EDTA (TAE) buffer for gel preparation and electrophoresis.
An additional tube of 50mM MgCl2 is provided should any fine adjustments be necessary. The table below shows the volume of MgCl2 to add to a 50µl reaction to achieve different final concentrations.

Storage Conditions:
AccuSure Mix can be stored for up to 6 months at -20°C, or up to 2 weeks at +4°C. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
