Anti-Mouse/Human p53 AcK317 Polyclonal Antibody

Immunogen: The antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids 310–322 of the murine sequence with an acetylated lysine at position 317.

Specificity: This antibody is ideal for use in detection of p53 acetylated at Lysine 317 in mouse or Lysine 320 in human samples following immunoprecipitation of total p53 from cell lysates. In ELISA, there is no detectable cross-reaction with unmodified peptide.

Preparation: The antibody is purified from rabbit and is provided in phosphate buffered saline, 50% glycerol.

Applications: Western blot of immunoprecipitated human p53.

Storage: Store at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer.
