2X BlueMix DNA Polymerase(Master Mix) (Ready To Use)(Blue Dye)80 Reactions

Product: RBC Taq Mastermix (2X)
Component: 2 x 1ml vials
Characteristics: 80 x 25µl reactions

Description

BlueMix DNA Polymerase Mastermix is a ready-to-use mastermix. Convenient for amplification of DNA fragments without the need to thaw individual components, reducing the risk of contamination and pipetting errors. BlueMix DNA polymerase utilises a Mg2+ base reaction buffer system with high quality RealTaq DNA polymerase containing all the nucleotides and reagents necessary to perform a standard reaction.
BlueMix Mastermix contains a blue color dye and precipitant for direct loading onto gel. These reagents will not affect the amplification reaction and significantly reduce overall procedure time and risk of amplicon contamination. BlueMix blue dye will indicate the leading front of the DNA sample on an electrophoresis gel.

Storage Buffer
BlueMix DNA Polymerase Mastermix must be stored at either -20°C or 4°C. Storage at 4°C avoids the necessity of thawing the mix before assembling the reaction. For long term storage, -20°C is recommended.

Component
Each vial contains 1 ml of a 2X working concentration master mix. The addition of template and primers results in a 50µl final reaction volume, containing 10 mM KCl, 2 mM MgSO4 • 7H2O, 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH8.8), 0.1% Triton X-100, 10 mM (NH4)2SO4, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 0.2 mM dNTP mix, 1.25U RBC Taq DNA polymerase, stabilizers.

User may aliquot into microtubes according to desired reaction volume or according to recommendations below.
