DESCRIPTION

Recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor. Clone C4D9.

SOURCE

Myeloma partner is P3X63-Ag8.653. Subclass is IgG1(k).

SPECIFICITY

Binds recombinant GM-CSF produced in E. coli and yeasts (ELISA and Western blotting). No cross-reactivity with BSA and E. coli periplasm proteins. No cross-reactivity with G-CSF, TNF-a, IL-2 and IL-3 in ELISA up to their concentration at least 1 mg/mL. Affinity constant is 2x109 M-1.

APPLICATION

ELISA, including two-site sandwich ELISA with G11C2 Mab and immunoblotting.
