is a serum-free medium developed
for optimal culture and expansion
of hematopoietic stem and progenitor
cells, T-cells or NK-cells.
Intended Use:
• ex vivo cell culture
• for research use only
Reconstitution:
Reconstitute in sterile PBS
or sterile water to a final
concentration of 100 µg/ml.
Handling Instructions for
CellGenix™ GMP Cytokines
Dilution:
Recommended in CellGenix™
SCGM. For dilution with PBS or
base medium carrier protein
(0.1-1% albumin or 1-10%
appropriate serum) has to be
included. Failure to dilute product
according to these instructions
may result in loss of activity.
Storage and Stability:
Store material at –20°C to –80°C.
Store diluted material at –20°C
to –80°C. Avoid multiple freeze /
thaw cycles.
